Details
Minimum of 2 hours per month, up to 4 hours per week.
Booked at least 48 hours ahead of start date.
50% of booked time to be paid as deposit, balance due at the end of the month.
Only pay for the time used.
Availability not always guaranteed unless prebooked – Retainer clients get priority.

Priority Access
You’ll be my part of my priority client group, the first to go into my diary – I will always have time for your work. We will develop a set rhythm for working together (weekly check-ins, clear handovers, consistent reports).
Details
Retainer packages start at a minimum of 10 hours per month and can be increased in increments of 2 hours up to a maximum of 30 hours per month.
Time is tracked & reported so you’ll always know where we are.
Hours are not carried over, use them each month for best value.
Payment required in advance, cancellation with 2 months notice.

- Not Quiet On Quotes – I’ll follow up on quotes that have been sent to ensure they have been received and to see if there is anything that can be done to help convert that sale.
- Invoicing on Time – Raising and sending invoices so the cash flow keeps flowing.
- Payment Chasing – Gentle but firm reminders to keep your income on track and the bad debts at bay.
- Expense Inputting – Recording, categorising & matching payments in your expense software, keeping those receipts in order.
- Statements & Tidying – Keeping everything neat, reconciled and up to date.
